Support IGA is a fantastic destination for all my shopping needs, particularly in the grocery section. Its wide array of British/Irish goods is especially appealing to me, given my Irish heritage. That "Tash" woman is utterly disgusting. This IGA specifically should introduce self checkout so customers don't have to encounter her awful personality and abusive brand of "customer service". I'd say fire her but I'm 80% sure she's the manager. They way she speaks to and treats customers is blood curdling. She's rude, aggressive and completely incapable of showing the bare minimum of respect/politeness. Every customer is treated as though they are wasting her personal time. Final straw: I took my grandmother (78) shopping this week and I was embarrassed to admit that Tash's behaviour that day was indeed typical. Tash was at the register and she rushed us through and snapped at my grandmother because her card declined because she couldn't reach the EFTPOS machine; rolled her eyes because she wanted a bag and threw it at me to pack her groceries while she began serving the next person, stacking their groceries among ours while I was still packing the bag. My grandmother scolded me for shopping there and taking her shopping there, I'll NEVER come back until that woman is gone.
